* Being Software Engineer of the Esoteric Business Units, I am responsible for application support. Many of the systems created for calculating and reporting laboratory data require maintenance, and validation. I help develop and implement the necessary changes. I have also maintained some existing responsibilities. This includes maintaining, and improving the client facing products offered for online orders and results, and the in house interfacing applications. When required, I also update product documentation for internal and customer use. I also develop and run simple reporting solutions for the clinical trials department.

 

Client Systems Analyst 

* As a CSA it is my responsibility to learn, discover, and elicit the needs of our clients to Specialty Labs. Mainly this means supporting, maintaining, and improving the client facing products like, the online orders and results software, and the interfacing applications developed in house. Both used by medical facilities nationally. Improvements could be to the processes we use to support the clients, updating the method used to communicate with our client, or updating the software our clients use. When required I also update documentation of the products to keep them relevant.

(ASP, Access, Javascript, Paint Shop Pro) * 2001 - 2005 = Consult and implement form and navigation design of Magic Helpdesk a CRM application.
